Got my first oil change and tire rotation, which were complimentary services for purchasing my vehicle. However, I also was due for an air filter change. To my surprise, the airfilter and the service charge to replace it was over $90. I thought that was a bit expensive for an air filter and to have it replace the old one. Other than that, my experience was great.

Recommendations were made for my vehicle; i had 2 tires that were at a 3 for tread and 2 that were at a 4. No one reviewed those issues with me. My name was called when my car was done, I was told where to go to pay, and I went on my way. Had I not reviewed the paper given to me after I checked out, I would have never known the severity of my tire wear. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I was able to get a same day appointment for a flat tire. Tire was repaired expeditiously. Im back on the road!

Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Tahoe. He was involved during the entire sales and close process. He met me when I arrived and had the vehicle ready for me to see. He explained the sales process to me
